My name is Aubree McClelland.  I am a special education major at UCM.  I am also an employee of the University.  I have my TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language) and I taught at Tanzanian and Ugandan high schools.  My first trip to Africa I lived and worked in Buswelu, Tanzania.  My second trip took me north to Uganda.  While in Uganda I went to 65 childrens homes that were not currently in school.  I am currently setting up sponsorship for them.  I work with an organization, Friends of El Shadai.  I am also trying to start my own NPO, Walk in Love, in my spare time.  I hope to move to Uganda in two years and start building a service center where children can get 3 meals a day, medical treatment, sponsorship for school, ect.  I also taught women empowerment groups while in Uganda.  I look forward to hearing from everyone in the class and if you have any questions  dont hesitate to ask!
